Loan Agreement

Terms & Conditions:

1. Any item borrowed is to be returned in the condition it was when it was loaned. If items are returned in any other condition, the full RRP of each item borrowed will be payable to cover the damage.
2. Any lost or stolen item will be invoiced at the RRP listed above. This includes items lost or stolen in transit. Payment to be made to:

3. All pick-up, returns and shipping remain the responsibility of the stylist/loanee.
4. INJURY @theinjury is to be fully credited in all editorial features and social media posts.
