INJURY collection#23 “The game has changed” represents the mix of rawness and perfection, analog and digital, human and technology. It draws inspiration from graphic artist Kilian Eng, his digital approach to illustrate a futuristic world that resembles the drawing technique and color saturations of the retro era. Vice versa, ‘Tron’, the 1982 American neo-noir science fiction film has created a digital world using an analog technique back in the 80’s. This notion of ambiguity between future and past, analog and digital, craftsmanship and industrialisation is experimented through our use of rigid shapes and forms, saturated color palette and low-tech graphics.
